  6. tyrannical rule.  By January 1820 Bolivar has liberated Venezuela and
  7. Columbia and is preparing his army to capture Corboba to ensure freedom for
  8. them.  In the south, San Martin has led Argentina and Chile to independence.
  9. His army is sailing to Lima to attempt to capture the Spanish capital of South
  10. America.  You have until January 1830 to fulfill San Martin and Bolivar's
  11. dream of uniting South America under a republican government, or to
  12. reassert the king's rule in the lost Spanish cities.
